This is just truth. I too am waking up pain free,more energy then I have had in years. Keep in mind, monavie has a patent on the berry now. They have a method of capturing the nutritional value within 24 – 48 hours that other products do not have. The berry loses its value if not freeze dried correctly within the above time frame. Caution on buying cheap sugary, fakes. Working out is great monavie repairs the free radicals that you lose in the process.

Don’t waste your money get any fresh fruit from berry family like strawberry, blueberry etc. It is the same thing with acai berry. When the stuff is dried it is losing its antioxidant value, consume a lot of fresh fruits.

I have tried it and again it is a bit hyped. i was told i would have so much energy..not so just another bunch of bull so someone can make money.i was told i would have so much energy with in 4 to 5 days. I have been taking it for 2 weeks. no change..
