    I just wanted to say those are heaping tablespoons–probably more like 1 ounce per spoon. A teaspoon is a tiny tiny amount compared to what you’re putting in there.

    @todayisthedaytolive There are alot of fats that are good for you. Plus, considering they’re vegans I doubt they have to worry about eating too much fat unless they’re eating pounds of cashews, macadamias and coconut daily which I doubt.

    marinawha Yes I do see your point. Alot of new time Raw Food eaters just dont utilize variety, and end up with a vitamin deficiency. But in the case of Matt and Angela they will most likely live forever. They know what their doing, variety is key.

    whats up with this whole low glycemic craze everyone seems to have?! If you think fruit is too high glycemic, than stop eating so much fat, its the fat not the carbs!!!

    I’ll try this one day. I just made a huge batch of Kate Magic’s chia pudding and about 9 asparagus pies from the Evie’s Kitchen book, so I’m good for this week. You should do a raw pizza.

    i was unsuscribed too. weird.

    i was wondering if you two are going to do any blood work any time soon to make sure youre not deficient in anything? it seems as though quite a few of the big raw foodies have taken blood tests recently and have found out their nutrient levels were not sufficient for their bodies. do you guys think deficiency according to western medicine matters?

    i know you guys think that acai tastes like frosted flakes but i totally think it tastes like cheese! i love it and cannot stop eating it straight from the bag. so yum! but i dont think this recipe would taste so great ’cause i also think spirulina tastes a little like cheese so for me personally i think ill try n’ play with the acai in another way. love the recipe shows though!!

    I can’t believe the power of that Blendtec. I have a 2hp healthmaster and it can’t do anything close to that. No wonder it doesn’t need a tamper. I would like to try that recipe but I’m not sure my blender could handle it.
