Had been using their CLA anyway and have now started using the acai. The instructions that come with them could be better but that's a small complaint. The end results are what count. Sages through the years have said that to eat prperly one should end a meal wanting just a little more. Whoever has seen overweight people in communities where food is scarce? Having said all that, these pills do seem to have an effect. In my case I feel less hungry and not wanting to throw away good money on these very expensive pills, my will to eat less has been reinforced. It also seems to give a residual tummy ache which makes eating less attractive. I have managed to lose weight since I started on these but what combination of factors is responsible I am not sure.
