These days there seems to be a hype a day; superfoods come and go. Fortunes are made and people fooled. Nothing beats a balanced diet and eating no more than you need. Sages through the years have said that to eat prperly one should end a meal wanting just a little more. Whoever has seen overweight people in communities where food is scarce? Having said all that, these pills do seem to have an effect. In my case I feel less hungry and not wanting to throw away good money on these very expensive pills, my will to eat less has been reinforced. It also seems to give a residual tummy ache which makes eating less attractive. I have managed to lose weight since I started on these but what combination of factors is responsible I am not sure. It seems worth a try. It may work.

I bought it after reading about acai berry on the internet. I was not pleased with the results of the product. I did not lose any weight even with calorie low diet and exercises. I belive you must take it for a while if you want to see results but how I can be sure that if I buy another three packages it will start to work while it showed no results after taking just one

This is the second supplement I have tried from troo health and I have to say I absolutely love these supplements. Had been using their CLA anyway and have now started using the acai. The instructions that come with them could be better but that’s a small complaint. The end results are what count.

i actually thought this product would show some change at least… i took the pills for 3 weeks and noticed absolutely no change whatsoever!!!!
it had absolutely no affect on my appetite, or metabolism or weight… if anything, i found that it made my throat extremely dry…. but nthing positive
