Started taking Acai Berries three days ago. Too early to tell really. Disappointed that there was no information sheet enclosed, eg. Do you take the apsules with food, before food, after food, or anytime. All it says on the pack is Take with fluids…Very vague.
Anyway I am giving it my best shot.
