First let me say that I have taken this product for 3 months, which I consider a fair test.

It did make me feel more alert, I have slept more soundly, and have had more regular bowel movements.

My hope was to lose 5 – 7 pounds, which I consider to be a realistic amount. I am not overweight, but wanted to lose those stubborn “baby pounds”. Beginning weight was 161, after 3 months on this product… still 161.

If your purpose is to lose a little weight, forget about this product.

This product did nothing for me it only bloated me.It did not send me to the bathroom like it said it only make me consipated.I just waste my money and it so expensive. Well I wish others better luck than I had with this product.

I don't know if I have used it long enough to notice a difference, I know that it does make me feel more energized, hopefully as I take it it will help me loose weight, Thank YOU

I ordered this junk and then cancelled my order and I sent it back unopened, I paid for the return fee of $17.39 they then charged me $5.95 for original shipping and then after they got the product back unopened they charged me an additional $24.95. If you want to get ripped off purchase this product and if this report does not persuade you not to buy this stuff READ THE SMALL PRINT prior to purchase. GOOD LUCK!!!!
